FOUNDERS
Real Estate Legacy officially opened in 2020 to provide a modern and personalized real estate experience to clients and customers. We serve Chicago and the surrounding areas. If you are looking for a space elsewhere, we are licensed for the state of Illinois and have a network of brokers across the country for relocation needs.
Each service provided is tailored to our client's needs. Our services in residential and commercial are for:
- sellers, including for sale by owner
- buyers
- landlords
- renters
- property investment portfolios
- interior design
- project management for renovations
- sellers and buyers who are not ready to sell/buy and prefer a consultation session to conduct an opportunity assessment
- relocation services outside of the Chicagoland area and out-of-state
Real Estate Legacy's brokers are dedicated to their clients from the start of their home search to post-closing questions. Our clients have one dedicated broker to represent them. There are no closing coordinators, no other team members but your dedicated broker who is with you from consultation, finding a space, inspection, to the final walk through.

Rachna Sheth
CO-FOUNDER
A Northwest side native and current Chicago resident, Roshani brings over 16 years of real estate experience to the firm. She has worked in real estate tech for HomeFinder.com, specializing in property data and listing syndication, and as a Product Manager for the National Association of Realtors. Prior to starting Real Estate Legacy, she was a Real Estate Broker at @properties. Roshani serves on the Board of Directors for the Rebuilding Exchange and is an alumnus of the Association internationale des étudiants en sciences économiques et commerciales (AIESEC). She has a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She purchased her first home at the age of 24. Her interests include running, hiking, and outdoor adventures with her family, including adopted dogs Honey & Diego, and friends.
Chicago native Rachna Sheth has over two decades of customer service and 15 years of sales experience to Real Estate Legacy. As a longtime resident of the Northwest side, and an avid food and entertainment enthusiast, Rachna put her passion for community and insider knowledge to work for her clients and in starting this firm. Her background and experience in healthcare and education taught her the value of listening closely to best advocate for clients' needs. She is a proud alumnus of Loyola University Chicago. Her interests and hobbies include traveling, enjoying live music and learning about the breadth and depth of human experience through art.
